A 45-minute lunchtime yoga class in beautiful, leafy Merrion Square Park will connect you to your surroundings, awaken your mind, and explore how the embodied practice of yoga allows us to become grounded, receptive, and responsive.
Classes are suitable for all abilities. A limited number of mats are provided, or feel free to bring your own. Sessions take place outdoors or in a festival marquee, so cosy layers are advised!
