Return to resonance through simple, repetitive mantras accompanied by harmonium and shruti box, and land back into a state of inner harmony. Chanting has been shown to calm the nervous system, tone the vagus nerve, reduce cortisol, and release oxytocin. Whether you sing, hum, or simply listen, the vibrations carry through the room, offering connection and ease. The session closes with Yoga Nidra infused with the healing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and healing vibration, guiding participants into a deep rest that allows the nervous system to settle, and leaving you grounded, renewed, and attuned.
