SHANE SMITH is an award-winning pastry chef with over 25 years of experience working in some of Ireland’s most celebrated pastry kitchens. He is also a regular contributor to The Today Show on RTÉ One and is currently Brand Ambassador for Kenwood World and Gem Pack Foods.
