Megan’s passion is to encourage others to get to know and understand themselves through journaling. Journaling provides an opportunity for connection, and helps children discover insights into their feelings and imaginations. In this unique workshop, she shares journaling tools to help kids clear their minds of clutter, figure out their feelings and the limiting beliefs that may be holding them back. The science behind journaling shows that it can help to reduce and manage stress and anxiety.
