Megan Wynne has been journaling for forty years, and is passionate about encouraging others to get to know and understand themselves through journaling. Journaling provides an opportunity for connection. Megan shares journaling tools to help you clear your minds of clutter, figure out your feelings and the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. She explains the science behind journaling, which shows how the practice can help to reduce and manage stress and anxiety.
Megan is a writer, teacher and speaker. She represented Ireland on the European Day of Authors in 2024 and was an awardee on the Evolution Programme 2022/23 with the Irish Writers Centre. Her short stories have featured in national short story competitions including the RTE Guide/Penguin Ireland and Listowel Writers’ Week Originals.
