“The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.” Sylvia Plath
Whether you’re an experienced writer looking to loosen up your practice or a complete beginner, you have space to explore, reflect, and connect with others through the joy of the written word. Suitable for both prose and poetry, this workshop prioritises a small, supportive setting where you can experiment and follow your instincts on the page. Through a series of thoughtful prompts and guided exercises, you are encouraged to write freely, without judgement or pressure, using the liberating practice of free-writing. There is no expectation of perfection, only curiosity and openness, and the opportunity to share your work with others in a relaxed, respectful environment.
